Returns Policy

INSPIRITED PTY LTD allows for exchanges or refunds on change of mind purchases. Change of mind purchases are eligible to be returned for credit note only.

Items are eligible to be returned for a credit note if:

- Returned within 180 days of receiving your order
- Returned in original condition

Any items returned outside of this 180 days from receipt time frame will not be accepted.

Returned items must not be unsealed, opened, used or altered in any way.

All return postage costs are at your expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving them. You will be sent an email notification that includes your credit note code once your return has been processed.

Your credit note code will be valid for 12 months from the date of receipt.
