Ingredients
- 1 shot Larrikin Apple Bramble liqueur
- 1 shot bourbon whiskey
- 3 dashes Convict Bitters
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop ice (equal parts to ice cream)
- Garnish: cinnamon dust
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Strain into glass
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon dust
