Ingredients
- 1 shot Australian Distilling Co. Gin
- 1 dash Convict Bitters
- A splash of lemonade
- Smoked applewood on top
- 1 large ice cube
Method
- Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass
- Combine the gin, lemonade, and Convict Bitters in the glass
- Smoke the applewood chips and let the smoke sit on top of the drink
