Ingredients
- 1 ½ shots (45mL) gin
- 1/2 shot (15mL) fresh lime juice
- 5 dashes Convict Bitters
- 3 shots tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: any fruit you prefer; lime, strawberries, etc
Method
- Add the gin, lime juice and Convict Bitters to a tall glass filled with ice
- Top with tonic water and stir
- Garnish with your favourite fresh fruits
