Ingredients
- 2 shots Ginny Pig Botanic Gin
- 1/2 shot lime juice
- 1/2 shot simple syrup
- 4 dashes Convict Bitters
- Ice
- Garnish: 1 paper thin slice of cucumber
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add a large handful of ice
- Shake to combine and strain into a tall glass filled with more ice
- Garnish with cucumber slice
Notes
This drink is made specifically with Ginny Pig's Botanic Gin in mind, it brings out the lovely myrtle and woody rosemary notes. For a more approachable version of the Ginny Sling, go for 20mL lime juice instead of 15mL, 3 dashes Convict Bitters, equal parts tonic and soda water (50mL each), and hold off the cucumber garnish. Enjoy!
