Ingredients
- 3.5 shots ginger beer
- 3/4 shot lime juice
- 1/2 shot simple syrup
- 4-5 dashes Convict Bitters
- 12 fresh mint leaves
Method
- Pour lime juice and simple syrup into glass and half fill with crushed ice
- Add in mint leaves and churn
- Fill glass with more crushed ice and top with ginger beer
- Add in bitters and stir to combine
