Ingredients
- 2.5 shots Mt Uncle's Distillery Botanic Australis Gin
- 1/2 shot dry vermouth
- 1 dash Convict Bitters
- 1 dash green olive brine
- Garnish: lemon twist
Method
- Combine the gin, vermouth, olive brine together in a chilled martini glass
- Add a dash of Convict Bitters
- Take a lemon twist express the oil around the rim and garnish the drink
